Victorious MESSIAH Fellowship Ministries

Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. James 1:21-22

Sabbath School:
You can expect a warm family welcome, and a rewarding interactive time of study in the living and active Word of God, if you join us in the Fellowship Hall on Saturday morning. We normally have water, coffee, and some snacks available, and it really feels like coming home to your brothers and sisters in the Messiah! As we study through the Scriptures together every age is welcome, and everyone learns something, as the Holy Spirit always seems to be moving in this special time!

Sabbath Worship Service:
Every Sabbath, when we gather together in the Assembly Hall, we lift our hearts in worship to the Lord our GOD in song, in prayer, and in Bible study,

we use Scripture to interpret Scripture, and visual aids along with the Holy Biblical texts projected onto a large screen, so that everyone can follow along and learn exactly what the Spirit is saying to the Churches, through the Word of God directly. The authority and clarity of the Bible comes stunningly into focus as we see what it means to follow Jesus! We hope you will join us, to experience the power of the Word of God!

Nursery:
For parents of infants, toddlers, or children of any age, your child is totally welcome to stay with you in the Assembly Hall during the service; but, for your convenience, we also have nursery facilities located behind the last door on the left, down the hall of the classroom wing.

In the nursery, there is a changing table, a crib, toys for all ages, and even an intercom - so you can listen in on the service, if for any reason, you are not able remain in the Assembly Hall with your child.

Sabbath Carry-In Fellowship Meal:
After each Sabbath service we gather to share a carry-in Meal together after worshipping the LORD as a brothers and sisters in the Messiah! This is a great time of getting to know your "forever family", and we welcome everyone to join us!

Sharing a meal together is considered one of the most intimate forms of church fellowship in the Bible, and this is why these "crock pot love feasts" always prove to be such a special time! Jesus was at the table with the disciples during the Passover Meal, when He revealed the New Covenant in His blood!

They were at the table with the Lord, when Cleopas and his companion recognized the resurrected Savior! And it is at the table that the disciples of the Lord will be seated with Him when He comes in all of His glory! To truly fellowship with one another as Jesus would have us fellowship, the Word of God clearly points to the sharing of a Christ-centered meal together!

Family Fellowship and Fun Day:
Typically on the second Saturday of the month, Victorious Messiah Fellowship holds a special time for everyone to stay and enjoy some good clean fun in a festive, family atmosphere. We meet at 3 pm at the church, after our Sabbath service and fellowship meal, and we play games, share some food, and really have a joyful time of fellowship and laughter in a safe, encouraging, Christ centered environment.

Far too often, because of the darkness of the world around us, we lose sight of the joy of being a Christian, but when we come together in Christ, we are soon reminded that in His kingdom there is joy and light for the rest of eternity! We hope that you can join us sometime, to see just how much goodness and peace there is in the fellowship of the Spirit, and we would truly love to have you and your family come to share this special time of fun!

Wednesday Night Service:
We also welcome you to join us on Wednesday nights at 7 pm for a service of prayer, fellowship, and Bible study. After prayer and fellowship, we enjoy a time of interactive Bible Study where our minds and hearts are transformed by the Word of God!

Prayer is such an important part of our lives with Jesus, so on this night, we join together to especially bear one another's burdens. Then after prayer, we learn how the Bible should shape all of our thinking!

Media Outreach:
Adjacent to the Assembly Hall, you will find our Media Room and Food Pantry. In this area, we freely offer DVDs of all of our teachings, so you can listen to them again, or catch up on any you have missed. These DVDs also serve as a great way to share the gospel, or share a particularly impactful teaching with friends and family!

Apologetics Training:
The necessary foundation to growing in the faith is knowing and actually believing the Word of God; but in today's skeptical culture, the Bible is under attack like never before! To combat the effects of that trend, we offer an in depth Apologetics course on DVD called "Analyzing the Bible through Science", where the truth and authority of the Bible is explained in an open and scientific way.

Using scientific tools like Archeology, Philosophy, Genetics, Geology, and more... the miraculous accuracy of the Word of God is upheld and demonstrated down to the finest detail! To participate in this faith-building DVD series we recommend ages of at least 10 or above, due to the advanced scientific topics that may be discussed.

International Missions:
The first word of the Great Commission is "go" and, while we serve Jesus in the Weatherford/Fort Worth area by making disciples and teaching them to observe all that Jesus has commanded, we also support missionaries around the world who seek to do the same.

We partner with several organizations such as Vision Beyond Borders, and Messianic Jewish Israel Fund in their efforts to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world and serve the people of God, and we also seek to share the whole truth of God's Word through our unique media outreach and the world wide web!

Servants of the Suffering:
As a congregation, we seek to always serve Jesus Himself - by helping our suffering brothers and sisters in Christ around the world. Whether it be through the church's Food Pantry, or through focused prayer for specific persecuted and imprisoned believers worldwide, or by partnering with ministries like Vision Beyond Borders, Voice of the Martyrs, and more, to help those suffering in poverty, refugee camps or natural disasters - there is always a way to serve our brothers and sisters as Jesus commanded.

You can check your weekly bulletin for our current special project, and feel free to speak with Amber or Eric about any special need you would like the church to know about! God will provide for us, as we reach out as His hands and feet, and serve the least of these, His brethren!

Authentic Biblical Worship:
As a Berean-like congregation (Acts 17:10-11, 1 Thessalonians 5:21), we are focused on Truth over tradition, and God's Holy Word over man's corrupted concepts. So in that light, we are reconnecting God's people with His established, Biblical Holy Days, and looking deeper into Scripture, past many of the "worthless and unprofitable things" that have crept into the Messiah's Assembly.

Many people are shocked to learn that most protestant churches in America refused to celebrate Christmas, as little as 200 years ago! Men of God like Charles Spurgeon, Cotton Mather, Increase Mather, the Puritans, and more, spoke out against the celebration of Christmas, and revealed it's clear, pagan origins. Also "Easter" can easily be traced to pagan practices, with it's bunnies, eggs, sunrise services, timing, and more.

These shocking facts stand in stark contrast to the actual, prescribed Biblical Holy Days, known as "the Feasts of the LORD"! God instituted His Holy Days, and He even reveals through passages like Zechariah 14, that they will be mandatorily celebrated by all nations in the future! In addition to those prophecies, when properly understood, these feast days are highlighted as the chronological and typological framework of the Gospels! We see that Jesus perfectly fulfilled each of the Spring Feasts in HIs first coming, down to the actual day and the hour!

These facts compelled us to re-examine our association to man-made traditions, and instead - out of love and gratitude towards our Savior - turn to the celebration of His Holy Days that perfectly remind us of every key aspect of the Gospel, and how He will return in glory to gather us to Himself, and judge the world in righteousness!

We pray we will be able to minister to you in your walk with Jesus Christ, by reconnecting you to the rich, Biblical heritage that you received when you were grafted into Jesus, and His people Israel, by repentance and faith!
